Purpose made, Cut String Staircase
This type of stair shows the tread nosing on the side elevation over the string. Beneath this nosing is a shaped bracket. The spindles are hand turned, with two per tread and pattern length to suit the position on the tread. All material is Scandanavian Redwood, suitable for painting. The staircase has a hardwood, continuous handrail starting with a volute on a curtail step.
