The timber stairs pictured on these pages are permanent testimony to the quality workmanship of Lowe & Simpson.

From full 'custom design and build' staircases to individual component stairparts, all of our timber products are either fully crafted by hand or hand finished by experts. Our product range is extensive and includes specialist products such as, Handrails, Spindles, Newels, Baserails, Decking and Balconies.

Many and various woods are used in the production of our bespoke joinery and we are proud of this company's policy to aid conservation and use timber from renewable sources, whenever possible.

The detail in our custom built and standard stair parts, bullnose steps, balustrading and specialist joinery can be seen in the photographs on each page. The photographs give a good insight into the style and quality inherent in every Lowe and Simpson product.

All 'purpose made' staircases, traditional and modern, are made from our own architectural drawings. Our experienced staff work and consult with clients throughout - from the design stage - to the installed, finished product.

Whether you are a builder, self builder or replacement stairparts buyer - at our showroom you can see, feel and select the raw material timbers from which your own stair product will be manufactured. The showroom, situated above our manufacturing area, provides a unique opportunity for visitors to see our joiners making the latest staircase.
