This Ash Cut String
staircase is a modern version of
the classic style has all the features associated with current design
techniques.
A curtail step at the base starts the
continuous handrail which, with goosenecks, up-easings, caps and cap
turns, creates new dimensions when viewed from any angle. Additional
effect is provided above by the galleried landing which introduces new
angles and unexpected aspects to all three sides of the stairwell.
